Members and roles

Inviting

Dashboard → Members → Invite Member. The invitation goes to their email and expires if unaccepted. Pending invitations can be revoked.

Roles

A role is a named set of permissions, with a colour for legibility in lists. The network owner holds every permission and cannot be removed.

Permissions are grouped by area:

  • Network — view, manage, delete networks
  • Server — view, manage, delete servers
  • Members — view, invite, remove members, manage roles
  • Detections — view and manage detection settings
  • Bans — view, add, manage bans
  • API keys — view, create, revoke keys
  • Billing — view and manage billing
  • Audit — view audit logs

Least privilege

Grant the narrowest role that lets someone do their job.

  • Moderators reviewing detections need view detections and the ban permissions — not manage detection settings, which changes what fires for everyone.
  • View API keys exposes key values, and a key can read all of your network’s player data. Treat it as a sensitive permission, not a read-only one.
  • Manage roles lets the holder grant themselves anything else. Give it only to people you would make owner.

Audit log

Every privileged action is recorded under the network’s Audit Log tab with the actor, action and time.
